Built here. Shaped by you.
One local platform for the people who move New Zealand.
Bring training, bookings, messages, resources, progress, and community into one practice, without turning the relationship into a marketplace.

Community
One practice, close to homeOne practice. Everything in sync.
Coaching is already relational. The software around it should bring that relationship together instead of scattering it across logins, subscriptions, and systems designed somewhere else.
The problem isn’t coaching. It’s the stack around it.
Coaches should not have to stitch together a client experience from unrelated products, each with its own subscription, data model, and idea of how a practice works.
Planning lives apart from people.
Programs and logs rarely sit beside the messages and context that explain them.
Resources lose their purpose.
Links and documents get scattered across inboxes instead of staying with the coach's guidance.
Community becomes an add-on.
The people around the training are treated as an audience, not an active part of the practice.
Local needs become edge cases.
New Zealand coaches adapt themselves to imported systems rather than shaping the system around their work.
One foundation, shaped to fit your practice.
MYND keeps the foundation coherent while letting a sole trader, team, or organisation use the spaces and workflows that matter to them.
Training that stays connected.
Plan the work, deliver it clearly, and keep the discussion and review beside the session.
Clear access. Fewer assumptions.
MYND is invite-only. Access follows the person’s role and the practice they belong to, with database policies, not interface hiding, as the boundary.
*Staff roles and delegated ownership are planned; this table demonstrates the additive access model.
Built from inside the industry.
Seven years working in health and fitness made the gaps difficult to ignore: New Zealand coaches and organisations rely on a sweep of overseas services to run relationships that are deeply local.
Software engineering study, with a focus on ethics and sustainability, turned that frustration into a practical question: what would we build if the service felt as close as the gym, coach, and community using it?
That question is MYND.
One coherent foundation
Replace the fragmented stack without replacing the human way each practice works.
Shaped around the practice
Let a coach, team, or organisation use the spaces and workflows that actually matter.
Transparent by behaviour
Make ownership and access understandable instead of asking people to trust vague promises.
Built to stay useful
Choose sustainable product decisions over novelty, lock-in, or unnecessary complexity.
Help shape what comes home.
MYND is invite-only while it is built alongside the coaches and communities using it. If you already have an account, everything waiting for you is one login away.
